On June 12-17, The Embassy of Turkey in Romania, the University of Bucharest, Turkish Businessmen Union, the “Ion Conea” Geopolitics Association and “Geopolitcs” Magazine organized in Romanian capital the international summer school entitled “Black Sea-geopolitical changes”.
SOCAR Romania’s CEO Hamza Karimov joined the event and delivered a speech before the Masters and PHD attending the international summer school and spoke about how important role Azerbaijan was playing for the energy security of the Europe. He focued on SOCAR’s activity and undergoing projects such as TAP and TANAP that will reshape the energy map of Europe in near future. Talking about the SOCAR Romania’s activity Company’s CEO has said it was successful and currently 37 SOCAR filling stations are operating in 18 regions of Romania. He also answered questions of participants. The Summer International School also attended with state and governmental officials, businessmen, financial and transport experts, political scientists and etc.
