Job description
Carrying out the reception-secretarial activity:
- Records documents and correspondence and ensures their distribution and archiving;
- Drafts and sends internal and external correspondence;
- Takes phone calls;
- Performs administrative and protocol activities;
- Prepares statements and reports requested by the direct manager;
- Manages the transmission of documents by courier;
- Manage the agenda of meetings and events;

Job description
- Supervises and ensures the proper functioning of computers, peripheral equipment as well as network connection/interconnection equipment (virus removal, component replacement, etc.);
- Installs and configures operating systems and applications, using standardized procedures and resolves any technical incidents;
- Tracks the correct use of applications by users and corrects situations when standard work procedures are not followed;
- Make system and/or network resources available to users within the limits of their privileges;
- Checks compliance with the security rules of access to equipment and data imposed by the system engineer or network administrator;
- Reports deviations from security rules and contributes to the application of corrective procedures;
- Provides support to users in solving service tasks involving the use of IT resources;
- Ensures the installation and configuration of new IT equipment in the network – HQ and Stations;
- Download and hand over to the Police, based on current legislation, the video recordings requested by them;
- Intervenes on the site to solve malfunctions of various components/equipment;
- Maintains the IT equipment, including the hardware components of the management and administration system (excluding the fiscal system components);
- It periodically and in critical situations saves the users’ work data, restores the saved data when necessary and helps users to recover their information;
- It checks that the antivirus is working and that the automatic upgrade process is working properly;
- Maintains the relationship with the Internet provider, in the event of malfunctions of the Internet connection, to solve them;
- Draws up the consumables requirements for the IT equipment used by all users at the unit headquarters and stations;
- It deals with the search for offers for the purchase of IT equipment and supplies and makes the orders;
- Participates, at the supervisor’s request, in intra- and interdepartmental projects or activities, of a temporary nature, depending on his role and skills, to contribute to the achievement of the team’s objectives;
- Monitors, using the tools provided, the VPN connectivity of the headquarters stations and takes care of fixing the problems that arise;
- Evaluates and forwards incoming requests from stations to the maintenance company, then checks if the issues have been resolved;
- Comply with the provisions of the Internal Regulations, the Collective Labor Agreement, instructions and internal procedures.
